My niece is the greatest. I totally let her down this year, it was so sad. Every year before this, I would take a pen or pencil or something like that, and pretend to push it in my neck or hand or anywhere, then pop it out of my mouth. Simple trick that Ron taught me in high school. She loved it every single year, she would make me do it for hours, and eventually got up the nerve to allow me to put the pencil through her skin, she was very brave. And woop! There it would come out of her mouth.
But this year she got suspicious of my magic. She questioned it, asking if it was real. I told her of course, magic is real. But she saw the pencil behind my hand. She told me to do the REAL magic like I did before. I didn't know what to do. I tried to do it better, but she would swoop under and see it hidden behind my hand. She grew desperate - do the REAL magic Harry, like you did before! PLEEEASE! It was terrible! *love*
She at this moment is tugging on me, wanting me to play with her more. She is sad I'm leaving soon, she wants me to stay with her forever. I wish I could. :) The cutest thing she said this whole trip, was last night, she asked, "Harry, do you have a wife?" And I was all prepared for the long conversation that would involve me explaining why it just wouldn't work out between us. After I said no, she said, "OH! Good! So you can come over to our house, you don't even have to ask anyone!" Isn't that the most adorable thing ever? How is it that wife = having to get permission? *laughs*
I'm really impressed with her reading and spelling. Even at the moment she's over my shoulder reading things out. Are all 6 year olds this cute?
Also, she really liked my animal game that our company made. It really spoke to her. This morning she drew a picture of Leo the Lion fighting off some angry gazelle. And now she's petting my hair, and said, "You don't even have to brush your hair?" I said I brushed it! She said, no, it's too curly! And now she read and said, "No! It's too corey? Does it say that?"
I love you Sarah! I wish I could stay with you and live with you forever, or at least, one day, you'll grow up and meet someone just like me! Hee! <3 <3
Well, I'm off for a few weeks to see about a Canadian Goose. Much love!

Yesh. Little kiddies are indeed... adorable.. I'm probaby biased, but I'm sure other people have also commented about how cute my nieces and nephews are. ^_- So it's not just me. My nephew Danny (4yrs) likes to quote "Nacho Libre". It's pretty silly... and of course.. cute :D
